The Cockroach [encounters Safia](timestamp://cb0f4df6-54c1-422f-b484-4d5d12349f36/00:00) in the underground facility while moving boxes. When asked about prisoners, the Cockroach responds with a casual "Yeah, who's asking, Toots?" and proceeds to share extensive knowledge of the facility: "I've been all over this place. I've seen it all. I've eaten everything. I smelled all the smells."
The Cockroach reveals critical intelligence about prisoner locations, stating "They keep the prisoners down here. We're here. We're there. It's right here. This is where they keep them. They did. They took most of them out, though. Upstairs somewhere. The big. The big room upstairs." When pressed for details about which prisoners were moved, the Cockroach describes seeing "two. They came out of bear costume. There was one or two others. It looked like you," referring to individuals resembling the party members including Kat, Sucks, and Vasso.
