Later in the session, when Katniss attempts to engage Sucks in conversation about the purple ooze, Sucks responds with resentment about the earlier slight: "Now you think it's cool to talk to me, even though before, when I showed you my sick pocket square. You snubbed me like I was a piece of shit." This exchange reveals that the pocket square incident has become a source of tension between the two characters, with Sucks feeling that his attempt at sophistication was dismissed.

When the party encounters The Frozen Blob in the market, Sucks proposes using the cheese as an offering, stating: "I still have this pocket square that's made out of a craft single. I could give it this."

Sucks unwraps the cheese slice and tosses it at the creature. Upon landing on top of the blob, the cheese produces a crackling sound and is immediately disassembled rather than melted.
