He frames their recent activities as a grand tale: "And so it is that the band of Sucks Pull Benedict and others have bested the terrible bandit lord of Nick Silver."

Sucks then lists the party members in his personal order of importance, throwing pumpkin pieces with each name: "Sucks, his trusty sidekick cat, his pet Goober, his best friend Fajirald the Pig, his acquaintance Safiya, and his trusty, His trusty apprentice Vaso."
