Animal Communication proved essential during the party's negotiations with the pigs in Session 3. Safia used the ability to discuss the terms of the pigs' continued partnership with the party, speaking directly to Lutro and the other pigs about their relationship. During these conversations, Safia communicated concepts like "You're like our partners" to the pigs, then would turn to her human companions and ask questions like "Don't you guys agree?" This demonstrated her role as an intermediary between the animals and the rest of the party, translating and facilitating the negotiation between species.
